Rolermaks Roller Laboratory Mill
Rolermaks model roller mill is used to obtain wheat flour from both dampened and undampened wheat. The yield of wheat flour could be calculated from obtained result of the device. Also wheat flour that derived from the device can be used for gluten, sedimentation and enzyme tests.
Samplemaks Automatic Sampler
Samplemaks model sampling probe is used to take standard samples from trucks very quick and economical. It transfers product such as wheat, barley, rice, rye, corn, beans and chickpeas with vacuum motor to the laboratory within 10 seconds.
Santrimaks Gluten Index
Gluten Analysis System consists of gluten washing, gluten index and dry gluten devices. Santrimaks model gluten index device is used to determine the wet gluten strength. Effluent samples are weighed to calculating the amount of wet gluten and index value.
Sedimaks Sedimentation (zeleny)
With using the sedimaks model sedimentation device quality of wheat samples and effect of sunn (insect) destruction can be measured. Insect destruction causes of lower yields of flour and reduction in properties of bread.
